Osvaldo is the managing Partner at Ordorica Abogados. Osvaldo works with individuals and businesses doing business or planning to set up shop in Mexico. His practice is focused on a broad spectrum of substantive law, covering issues of foreign investment, international business law, business formation, organization and planning, real estate, cross-border transactions, and litigation arising from these matters.

Osvaldo received his law degree from Universidad de Hermosillo. He holds a Master's degree (LLM) in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law. He is a Certified Attorney by and a member of the *Barra Sonorense de Abogados* (Sonora State Bar Association), the largest professional organization in the state.

Before returning to private practice, Osvaldo was Deputy State Attorney General. As such, he oversaw the trial division and liaised with state, federal, and US government agencies. During his tenure, he was awarded an International Fellowship for the NAGTRI International Fellows Program, an annual forum held in Washington and New York for elite government attorneys worldwide.

Osvaldo is licensed to practice throughout Mexico.
