Do you offer free consultations?

How much does a consultation cost?
Consultations cost USD 100.00 for up to one hour of meeting time. We will deduct this fee from your legal fees if you decide to work with us.
How long is a consultation?
Consultations are booked for one hour but may take less time, depending on the case.
What can I expect from the initial consultation?
During your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss the facts and details of your case. The attorney will make an initial assessment, answer any questions you may have, and discuss your options. If you agree to work with us, we will outline the work scope and the associated fees.
Will the consultation be online or in person?
We offer both in-office and online appointments.
We hold in-office consultations at our office in Nogales, Sonora. We also provide virtual meetings through Zoom if you are comfortable with online conferencing.
You may choose the type of consultation you prefer at the time of booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your consultation, be sure to get in touch with our office as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a rebooking fee of USD 25.00. Therefore, please provide cancellation notice 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a rebooking fee.
How do I book a consultation?
Choose whether you would like to book an in-office or online consultation in the buttons above. You will be given a secure link through our scheduling provider, where you can choose a date and time available. At the time of booking, you will be charged the total amount of the consultation fee by our secure payment provider, Stripe. If you book an online consultation, our online scheduling provider will automatically generate a unique Zoom link, dial-in details, and a password to join your meeting.
How should I prepare for my consultation?
Write down any information you are sure you want to mention to your lawyer, including dates or people involved in your case.
Gather any documents that might be relevant to your case, including court documents, business documents, trust documents, passports, financial statements, and contracts.
Write down any questions you have so you remember to ask them.
